I loved excellent and absolutely perfect location of this hotel.
Location: the hotel was just off the outskirts of the village, and main attractions. The staff were both affable and welcoming. I was offered a room with exceptionally good views at sunrise and sunset...

We spent Thanksgiving at a private villa with ample space and a well-equipped kitchen. The staff went above and beyond by ordering food delivery for us and negotiating access to a nearby pool. We also appreciated the large heating radiators that kept us warm and comfortable. The location was great for those with a car, offering easy access to nearby supermarkets and restaurants.
The villa was situated up a hill, which may not be ideal for those without a car. getting hot water sometimes took longer than expected.

The hotel's location is perfect, being close to everything you need. Whether it's the ski slopes, shops, or restaurants, you'll find them just a stone's throw away. Plus, despite its central location, the hotel manages to maintain a sense of tranquility, away from the noise of the bustling center.
All was more than okay during my stay at this hotel.

Staying in a cottage in the mountains was simply perfect for our group of friends. the location was ideal, close enough to everything but distant from the hustle and bustle of the city. We enjoyed the breathtaking views of the mountains and the serene atmosphere. the fireplace and the cozy inside made us feel like home. the fully equipped kitchen was a plus, enabling us to enjoy cooking together.
We did encounter a minor inconvenience as the water supply was momentarily off which was unexpected.

My recent stay at Villa Mtashi was exceptional. The location was quiet and beautiful, with easy access to Bakuriani town center. The villa itself was spacious, perfect for a big family like ours. The manager, Nino, was incredibly kind and her English language skills were a great help. The villa was clean and warm, with a well-supplied kitchen and a cozy fireplace. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, even arranging for us to use a nearby hotel's swimming pool. I highly recommend Villa Mtashi for a private and enjoyable stay in Bakuriani.

Secondly, the attention to detail was impeccable. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with a comfortable double bed in one of them. Lastly, the location was perfect. It was close to everything in the city, yet still slightly secluded from the noise, allowing for a peaceful and relaxing stay.
All was perfect, nothing to complain about.

The breakfast was complimentary, and the Wi-Fi worked well throughout the hotel. Plus, the location was convenient, and it was easy to find transportation to get around. there was a pool that was clean and well-maintained to use.
The room had a strong unpleasant odor, and it was hard to get any restful sleep. the staff was unresponsive and unhelpful when we tried to address the issue.
